As part of the Davos Innovation Week, Cité Gestion in partnership with the IMD Global Board Center, is pleased to invite you to an exclusive event during which you will have the opportunity to meet Prof. Dr. Didier Cossin, Founder,
Director and Chaired Professor at IMD.
Didier will share his findings on how markets perceive and measure good governance generating stock out-performance, closely linked to the growing importance of board leadership in anchoring organisational values as well as in decision-making that aligns risk with strategy.
In the context of the Davos Forum, he will also address the current challenges faced by boards such as rising conflicts, privileged access to investments, global trade tensions and financial deregulation – this is just some of what you can expect in 2025 with the incoming Trump-Musk administration.
